I ordered a pizza Thursday night around 11-30pm they said it would be delivered between 12:15 am 12:30 though door dash. When I rechecked after 12:30 the app said it would be here between 1:00 and 1:30. So I called the store n they were closed nobody called me to let me know anything about they couldn't find a door dash driver. I called this afternoon and spoke the manager and all he said was they couldn't find a door dash driver to deliver my order l.
Terrible service. It’s useless—the staff doesn't serve the food on time. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all; if I had to sum it up in one word, it would be AWFUL.
Customer service at this location is really terrible. The franchise owner needs to completely restaff or relocate. I had a heavy set black woman with a gold bull nose piercing who is always extremely rude to me as a dasher. This location already doesn't have drivers and she makes me want to pause all orders at this location and suggest to other drivers that they do the same.
