Overall it was a great experience. The deviled eggs need a bit more work...try adding cubed pickles. Everything else was wonderful!

Empty, yet delayed and odd service. The waitress was nice, but why so slow with an empty restaurant? No one liked their food. Even the burgers were meh.. loud metal music? Why disappointing, as this used to be a great place.

Tater tot's were great! Initial drinks were great. Entrees seemed to have been sitting a while - chicken n waffles were not crispy like previous experiences at this restaurant. Ordered a glass of wine before as the entrees arrived, n it took over 10 mins (in a quiet restaurant)to get it. When we asked after the wine we were told the Barman was working on it. It's wine - not a cocktail, we were half way done w our food. Overall disappointing... feel like it's gone a bit downhill.

The food here is always on point! Comforting, delicious, and well prepared. It was a busy night and our service was still great. Try the steakhouse salad and and Don't miss the giant pretzel!

The food was absolutely NOT good! Taste was very bland. It was so bland only one person among 8 enjoyed and actually ate her meal, chicken and waffles. Meatloaf, beef stroganoff, shrimp and grits, and chicken Alfredo all vary bland like something from a geriatric menu. The waitress suggested that all of these things were delicious and she lied. No one sent her food back because we didn't want to be "those people," but we should have because it was a waste of money.

Parkside is consistent with their food never disappointing you and always great! My only complaint that it was a little dark and for the older people we had to get out the cell phone flashlight. Other than that there are no complaints. It wasn't too crowded and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Will definitely go back again!

Food and mimosa flights were delicious! Parker is the best server! Outgoing and entertaining. 10/10 experience.

Our service was great but a little slow. We were a large party and I know that is some times hard to juggle. So, we were happy to wait. I gave the rating I did because all of our food was either overcooked or cold. I asked for my mac and cheese to be reheated and they brought out a new one that was hot. I did not realize until we were getting ready to leave that the rest of my party had cold or over cooked food. They had other things to do and since we had waited long enough for the food they didn't want to make an issue or send anything back. The chicken was tough, the pasta was overdone (but it was hot), the fish was dry, the fries and green beans were barely warm. The staff seemed to be really trying and the atmosphere was great but the food was not stellar.

I was so happy to find a restaurant open on thanksgiving! We are new visitors to the area and we truly enjoyed ourselves! Bryan provided excellent service and a free snack bar. Excellent!

I came here last night to eat with my friend. We both ordered the ribeyes with the two sides. Our steaks were both supposed to be cooked medium, and we had mashed potatoes and gravy with mushrooms and a chef and garden salad. I will say that the steaks were very thick and a little tough to chew. There was a lot of fat on the steak. My friend steak was cooked more medium well, while mines varied in temperatures from medium rare to medium. My issue with this steak was mainly that it was very under-seasoned and tasteless. It was something I did not expect for the price that I paid so I was a bit disappointed. However, I will say the star of the show were the Caesar and the Garden salads. The dressings were amazing as they stated they were made in house so all in all I would definitely not get the ribeye if I was to return. I do hear that they have a great brunch so I would be willing to come back and try that at some point, but for me, it was a flop.

Let me start by saying the service was excellent. All the servers and bartenders were very attentive and helpful. My issue was the food. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but the fish and chips was not a good platter. The fries were edible. The coleslaw didn't have much flavor. The biggest issue was the fish. It was about 70 percent breeding and 30 percent fish. The breading was thick and salty. Really made it almost inedible. Should have gotten the stroganoff like reviews said. The Caesar salad was average.

Several tables available by the windows in a restaurant that is almost empty. Why would the hostess try to seat us (2 adults) at an interior table? Customer service makes a difference.

Went to this location with my bestfriend and nobody came to our table to serve us or ask for our drink and lunch order, so we left. Horrible.
