I was so happy to find a restaurant open on thanksgiving! We are new visitors to the area and we truly enjoyed ourselves! Bryan provided excellent service and a free snack bar. Excellent!

I came here last night to eat with my friend. We both ordered the ribeyes with the two sides. Our steaks were both supposed to be cooked medium, and we had mashed potatoes and gravy with mushrooms and a chef and garden salad. I will say that the steaks were very thick and a little tough to chew. There was a lot of fat on the steak. My friend steak was cooked more medium well, while mines varied in temperatures from medium rare to medium. My issue with this steak was mainly that it was very under-seasoned and tasteless. It was something I did not expect for the price that I paid so I was a bit disappointed. However, I will say the star of the show were the Caesar and the Garden salads. The dressings were amazing as they stated they were made in house so all in all I would definitely not get the ribeye if I was to return. I do hear that they have a great brunch so I would be willing to come back and try that at some point, but for me, it was a flop.

Let me start by saying the service was excellent. All the servers and bartenders were very attentive and helpful. My issue was the food. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but the fish and chips was not a good platter. The fries were edible. The coleslaw didn't have much flavor. The biggest issue was the fish. It was about 70 percent breeding and 30 percent fish. The breading was thick and salty. Really made it almost inedible. Should have gotten the stroganoff like reviews said. The Caesar salad was average.

Several tables available by the windows in a restaurant that is almost empty. Why would the hostess try to seat us (2 adults) at an interior table? Customer service makes a difference.

Went to this location with my bestfriend and nobody came to our table to serve us or ask for our drink and lunch order, so we left. Horrible.

Food was good. The party I was with was incorrectly charged for an item, not discovering it until the next day. Its a casual atmosphere and good for kids as the space is open with space between tables.

Food has fallen off recently. Not remarkable to return after visiting them for years. Bland.

Food was very good. Staff were welcoming and fast service. Recommend the Mediterranean bowl with blackened shrimp. Was excited to see deviled eggs on the menu but I wouldn't get them again, just ok. Drinks were very good. Good place to grab a quick bite or drink with friends.

The venue appears to cater to casual‐to‐mid‑range dining: Good for a relaxed meal out, perhaps with friends or family.

The menu (according to older write‑ups) includes some decent choices and fairly elevated options beyond standard fast‑food fare. For example, in a past feature the steak offering got positive remarks: “The food was quick to arrive … the steaks … were succulent, juicy and tasty!”.
OK! Pakistan

The ambiance gets mentioned favourably in those features — the setting and presentation of dishes were highlighted as above average.

What irritated me most about this place is that the bill is presented with the auto-calculated tips we’re all calculated after tax. I am willing to pay a tip for the quality of food and service I purchase from a restaurant, but have no responsibility to tip on the restaurant’s tax obligations to the IRS. Next time I will pull out my calculator and calculate the tip myself instead of trusting the restaurant to be honest.

Btw- stay away from the Banana French toast. It is basically toasted bread with icing sugar. Get the Brunch Burger instead.

The prime rib burger was delicious and came with one side vegetable. The prices are reasonable and Parkside takes reservations for Sunday brunch, which is a nice when you have a designated time to be somewhere else and don't have time to stand around waiting. The $22 carafe of Mimosas was a good deal!
