Service was negative 5 stars..We came to the mall today at 1200. The guy here at Sbarro had a major attitude. He did not acknowledge that we were even at the counter inquiring when we could place our order and when he did finally turn around to see us, he didn’t greet us. 12/4/23: I've never stopped here before, but I've had Sbarro in VA. We just wanted something quick, so we settled on pizza. The guy behind the counter wasn't that friendly. He was helping a lady who was having a hard time locating her money. He didn't acknowledge us until he was finally done assisting her (almost 10 minutes later). We got the combo with 2 slices of pizza and a drink for around $11. The pizza was ok. The sauce was salty. So glad we got a drink to counteract that...read full review

This is my third time within the same month of trying to place an order for pick up and they are always out of something. The first two times they were out of tomatoes and mushrooms, and today they are out of tomatoes. I’m trying to understand, How does a pizza place run out of tomatoes that often? Also the customer service sucks!
