The Pharmacy Cafe Reviews

Hands down the best weekend brunch spot in Raleigh. Homey vibes, great jams and jellies, indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting), and the best staff. Can get overcrowded sometimes but... that's the price of being good. Also, the cheesy poof.

The portions at The Pharmacy Cafe is worth every dollar you pay for the dish. Pickled bar and sides are refreshing while entrees are filling and soulful. I recommended the LGBT and the crab cake sandwich. The Italian wedding soup, whenever on menu, is warm hugs in a cup. I will warn you about their smoothies though as every one I've tried has turned out to be disappointing and undrinkable.

Nice, comfy place to have a yummy breakfast with friendly service. There is a giant family-style wood table for folks to sit at after placing their order. Serve yourself water & coffee from urns on the sideboard along with lots of different jellies to choose from for your biscuits. I had the BLT&E on C, which was beautifully presented with lovely fresh lettuce greens. I also had the decaf black tea, but I would advise trying another of the hot teas since it was somewhat bitter.
