Wendy's in Raleigh

“Food was fresh service was fast and to the point this was this past Saturday Chianti was running the drive through ! I would like to say this though the past year it’s rare that I receive good customer service from fast food but I get them an A + for that the food and the time thanks yall“

“From the time I placed my order to the time I finished my meal, customer service was excellent from every single member working today. I felt compelled to let the manager know this, the burger was fresh and tasty, the fries were crispy and delicious... And as bad as inflation has been, nothing pisses me off more than paying good money for subpar food.

Hopefully this is not a one-off and they are always firing on all cylinders like today.

The only improvement that I noticed dirty floor and tables in the back corner of the business. Judging from the socioeconomics of the area, I think they're doing pretty good.“

I hopefully don't need to describe what to expect!
However, it's worth mentioning that this particular location is among the best in town:
-Friendly efficient service
-High order accuracy
-Consistently put together food

Not sure what more I'd ask for from a fast food restaurant.
(I think their mobile app is too notch too, but that's not specific to this location)

My son reports that they do a great job handling the chaotic high school lunch rush as well.

“new to the area, and tried this Wendy’s. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised. I’m a picky eater, and the lady on the mic, Kristina, I believe, was very accommodating and sweet. The window lady, Shanita, was very kind and all smiles! My (albeit complicated) order was correct on the first try, and they even remembered the extra mayo I asked for! best Wendy’s experience I’ve had in a while.“

“This particular Wendy's is always a hit or miss. It's not my favorite place to go. But my daughter likes it sometimes. The customer service for me is subpar unfortunately. I usually don't eat from here but I had the chicken tenders and it was just okay. I wouldn't eat them again though. My daughter loves them. I don't think the prices that Wendy charges worth it at all.“

“On our way to a concert we stopped at this Wendy's location to grab a bite to eat. We are from out of town so this was our first time eating at this Wendy's. The food was hot and fresh and was some of the best we have ever had at any Wendy's. The manager and the employees were very nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were also clean. My husband enjoyed it so much he went back during the concert and got more food.“

“I've eaten there twice this week. After my pickup order on Tuesday (I thought it a little pricey), it tasted so good that I decided to eat in today (Friday). Same results! Only this time I got to interact with the servers... they were GREAT! Cordial, helpful, seemingly went out of their way and the Manager was absolutely almost perfect!! If it wasn't so pricey, I would visit more often! However, I guess thats why it tastes so good.“

“We rolled in about 9.30pm and we were nervous about how the food would be but decided on getting it. We had a decently big order and there were no mistakes and the fries were perfectly hot! My hamburger was juicy and hot and really hit the spot!“

“So the food was really good. Probably the best Wendy's I have been to in a long time.

The guy that took our order gave great service.

We dined in and I guess the employees didn't realize there were customs in the dinning room. We got an audible show. Boy were they arguing at first I thought it was joking but not so sure.

The food was hot and very good.

“The food and the atmosphere were great! My only negative part of the review is that we did stand quite a long time, waiting for service. Several employees walked up and saw us, but just walked away, without addressing or helping us. They seemed more focused on the drive thru.“

“Hands down the best Wendy's in North Carolina. I go every Monday night and I never get bad food. Even as it feels like the world is falling apart and we may be entering a new dark age this Wendy's holds the line banishing the darkness with the light of a perfectly crafted 6 piece.“
