Wingstop in Raleigh

“It is a good place to grab wings and go. I get it its Super Bowl Day, and they gonna be mad busy. I went in to pick up my order. I was told by Angela that they are behind 30 to 45 minutes , and they call me. I went in there like 30 to 40 minutes later to ask about my order Angela didn't even acknowledge me she just kept helping the people around till a lady next to me told her and she said I been here before that it's not ready whenever I heard I girl in the back say my order name and Angela didn't even look at the orders so this other girl tall skinny color she help me and ask for the name on the other and it was ready on the shelf. From my point of view, Angela can handle a crowd like that, her hands shaking and avoiding people that have been in the store checking up on their orders. That's not how you treat people, and where's the customer service from Angela. Again, I get it super bowl day and it is going to be busy, but still, you can't acknowledge people or acknowledge the people you want to. ANGELA is lucky I didn't splash her with a drink to make her night worse :)“

“Great location for everyone to relax and eat, while enjoying a unifying meal, with family; friends and neighbors! The Staff is extremely professional, their clients know them well,I pay close attention to detail. My friends,I certainly had my favorite! Mango Habanero, with the deliciously tasty, savory fries ( hint) very nice with the skin. As usual I had fun, and enjoyed meeting some people. Traveling is always satisfying, when it is done safely. “Shouts out to Jayden, I hope that I spelled his name right. I stopped in there on a Thursday evening and I was hungry. I am not real familiar with this restaurant, so after Mr. Jayden acknowledged me and came to take my order, I explained to him that I was not knowledgeable of their menu ( of course I know they serve wings!!). I explained to him the number of wings I wish to order, and I would like all flats, as the rest would be up to him. I left him in charge of picking out my flavors. Let's just say this young man did not disappoint. He chose the lemon pepper and hawaiian flavor , and they were fresh, hot, juicy and tender. Let's just say he understood the assignment!!! Thank you Jayden, you have gained a valued customer for your restaurant.“

“This is the best Wingstop I've ever been to. I have been to several before, many are decent. This location fulfills every specification, every time. They have never forgotten a sauce or veggie sticks and cook my wings well done like I requested. I see them rereading the tickets while packing the orders and ensuring it's all there.“

“I came into this location a couple of nights ago my order wasn’t correct, i called and was told when I’m back in the area to come in for ma remake. I called today talked to the general manager he was very polite. Stuck to their word and handled the situation accordingly. Thanks for the great service and understanding.“

“Went in here today to grab some lunch with my boyfriend, I was so shocked to see these reviews. My experience was FAR FROM bad. Immediately we were greeted by a full staff! Very friendly. We ordered and the lady taking our order was very engaged and helpful! While waiting for our food which took about 10 minutes to be prepared (which is actually really fast) we had an employee come up to as and ask us if we wanted to try her favorite order! Angela was the sweetest worker ever! She shared a wing from her very own lunch as well as some of their delicious corn! We had such good conversations while we waited!

The world is so used to convenience.. But don’t forget. If you guys want quality food that isn’t tough and nasty, the wait is gonna take time. Sometimes people forget it takes time to cook food. I guess they would rather the food be sitting there ready as soon as they come in whether it’s super tough from sitting out or not.
