The young lady that was making the boxes, kept eyeballing my table, so i smiled at her, she looked the other way no smile nothing. The young man was standing at the register, looking pretty unhappy...i understand everyone has a day or two of just blah, but, wow...compared to the old crew, these new kids just looked so unhappy.“

“Oooh my goodness!! I hate giving bad reviews. I am so mad right now!! I ordered baked spaghetti for my family and when I got it home and we opened it the spaghetti noodles was all stuck together!! Absolutely dry!! Barely any sauce!! Just melted cheese on top of dry noodles!!! Look like they sprinkled two teaspoons of hamburger and mixed in spaghetti noodles!!! This is ridiculous and never ever thought I would give a bad review about Elizabeth Pizza!! I called and called there was no answer. I guess the store had closed. It was 10:08pm when I called back.Now we got to find something to eat!!! You guys are wrong on every level for this!! Chef you knew you didn't have enough sauce on those plates!! And if you were running low.....just say you're out!! And we could have ordered something else.Come on....please represent your business and Reidsville better.“

“Came here the other day for lunch as my first time. Was seated quickly as well as served quickly. I ordered the lunch special stuffed shells. It came with a side salad and bread for $11. Decent price. Good size serving. I’m interested in coming back and trying something else.“

“Frist of all, I am regular customer that ALWAYS tips the delivery driver AT LEAST $10. I am so disappointed tonight. I tried to place an online order and it was saying that an error occured over and over. so I called the store and got the automated system. placed an ordered, got my total, and estimated delivery time. The automated lady said, Thank you, Maria and it disconnected. I order late due to work schedule. I waited and the order never came. I called back they said there was no order placed. Of course, it was closing time so NO food after a long hard workday. I am extremely frustrated! if you choose to use an automated system for your customers to use, you need to make sure it works!!!!!!!!“

My pizza was made wrong (I can’t stand olives) but it was too late for me to go get another, almost our toddler’s bedtime, so Chris put a rush order on the correction and had it delivered out to us! I am so pleased and will definitely order from them again.“

“2025-March: We came to Pizza Hut on Sunday afternoon for the first time in several months. We were so wonderfully surprised. This restaurant has done a great turnaround. We are so impressed with the quality of the food and the level of service. So totally different from our last visit. The salad bar and pizza buffet was in full operation. Great choices. Kudos to the new management. Can't wait to come back!“
