The McDonald’s in Richlands N C has nasty incompetent workers. On Valentine’s Day I ordered food and the person working at tha pay window would not let me tap my card to pay. They have Nasty workers there . Not to mention cars where waiting Way to long to get food and get orders taken. I just took my business to Jacksonville. I called to speak to manager and I could hear them talking about me . My advice is don’t Go to this place ! Has too many issues and
I don’t know what guy is working the Richlands McDonald’s drive thru right now but he needs to be fired.
We asked about the app, he lied about the first question then said he wasn’t the one to ask about the app because he had no clue. We asked could we speak to someone who knew and he said there was no one on shift who knew about the app. Then left us at the speaker for almost a full minute then said, “y’all need something?”

This is the only way I could find to leave some form of comment. I just wanted to let everyone know that this McDonald’s has the absolute BEST team member I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting. Miss Debbie, if by any chance you get see this (and I hope you do!!), thank you SO much for being so awesome every single time we come in to get dinner for our kids and ourselves.
