Kinda sucks that thier offering a MARCH MADNESS Promotion on certain food items, which you can only get if you order via the App. Frustrating and confusing once your already on the drive-thru trying to make an order.... then they make you go in to get the order made via the APP and they STILL GET THE ORDER WRONG... because they have to many app orders coming in and can't keep up! SMH Wendy's!!!!
For was hot, service was great, was greeted with we arrived at 1:45p. Was clean. Use to work for Wendy's in early 90s. Was a shift manger in Worthington, Ohio. Y'all are doing great. Keep up the great work!
