“Today was our first experience at jersey Mikes. The young lady who made our sandwich was great, when I asked for gluten free bread she asked about allergy or preference, she did an excellent job of cleaning the machine, wiping down the area, and changing gloves. We were so appreciative…even during a busy time with 5 people behind us, she was attentive and kind.“

“I gotta say that this is probably one of the best Subways I've ever been to. Today, I've witnessed a perfect team. A mother and son working together and what was very impressive was the lady who was making the subs was outstanding. Not only was she able to take my order but she took on 4 orders all at the same time and my sandwich was absolutely delicious. Job well done to the both of you...“

“This Subway experience is the best I have ever had. The food was covered with a plastic lid until needed; maybe that helped make everything seem so fresh. The young lady making the sandwiches did an excellent job with placement and amount of the meat cheese and vegetables. The best though was that she wrapped the 12 inch sub as two 6 inch ones making it even easier to eat while on the road.“

“Went to your location in Gaston on 46. Probably the cleanest subway I've seen, the staff were absolutely perfect quick and super friendly and the sandwich was insanely good...it's been more than two decades since I've been to a subway this good. Everyone there deserves a huge raise, this is how subway is done right ?“

“I was traveling from Florida to NY got gas at the station. Ni had my shih-tzu and brought her in with me. I saw through the window nobody else was in there. One nice young man asked if she was a service dog I said she is. A minute later, an older man came out, pointed to my dog, then snapped "that dog can't be here". Shocked,I took her out. My friend, who was getting us sandwiches said the young man told the other that he shouldn't have done that. If I was alone, subway would have lost a customer. Because my friend was with me, they didn't.I'm in the customer service profession and this was NOT acceptable“
