I submitted my order online and waited till the allotted time to enter and pick it up. The lighting was very dim for the eating area and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before anyone showed up to speak with me. An additional 5 minutes later, my order was ready. I will say the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I just wouldn't want to eat in due to the lighting. I would also allow an additional 15 min to the time the food is supposed to be ready.
