Nothing is worse than paying for food you don’t get! How can the responsibility of checking a bag before you leave but not the restaurant workers!? The bags were piled so high with salads and soups there was no way to tell what wasn’t in the bag without taking all the sauces, soups and salads out! It’s the principle for me! They didn’t even take accountability!!!
I’ve been to Ichiban probably close to if not over 500 times since I was little, things like hibachi right in front of me don’t have the same magic that they did when I was a kid. Tonight, however, was different. We went for my nieces (adopted albeit lol) birthday party and had a party of 15 obviously splitting two cooktops. I love this place, the staff is amazing & SO friendly. The portions are huge & we have yet to be disappointed with the flavors.
