“Went on New Years day to go hiking. Winery was closed for the holiday but when we got back, the gals had opened up with so many hikers out enjoying the day. Great way to finish off a 6 mile hike with a glass of wine. So great of them to open and very nice to talk with. Trails are awesome too. Went all the way to the falls. Perfect start to our year.”

“Dropped by in the afternoon and made a reservation. Owner promised us a certain seat. Someone else was there and not close to finishing. Owner found us a better solution. Ordered. Waitress came back to say that it would take a while. Like many, we had tickets at the Reeves at a certain time. Owner came over. Asked what we were having and said he would make it happen. And he did. Food was very good, beverage was very good, service from waitress and owner was exceptional. Support this place! Visit was on Dec. 2, 2023.”

“Love this little gem of a sandwich shop we discovered on our most recent vacation to Elkin/Traphill. Delicious sandwiches (the Tuscan chicken wrap is one I will crave!!) and cute outdoor seating area where our children could play while we weren't actively eating. My wife make some of the best pizza in the World, but we like store-bought once in a while I guarantee you; this will be a regular for us! Only annoyance, I always order my sandwich w pickles on the side. For the first time, I was going to be charged for the “container” to put my pickles in. Random nonsense that has never happened before. The order taker said that each owner operator decides those policies…😑. Kind of a sour note on an otherwise perfect experience.”
