“We were on a road trip and had a McCraving. I googled McDonald's near me and picked the one on Fayetteville Rd. It was not the closest nor the best reviewed but you should always go with your gut and mine said this was the one. The drive to was peaceful for 6pm on a Friday. They had grade A curb appeal. We went through the drive thru and Cameron took our order. Or at least he tried. I of course was trying to order something off menu and he tried his very hardest to see if they offered it. He was so patient with me and polite. The drive thru line went so fast that I almost didn't have my method of payment ready. They were speedy and so polite and pleasant that it was easy to forgive the fact that I didn't get extra pickles. If I'm that way again I will definitely stop there every time. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.“

“We stopped at McDonald's on our way back to school from a field trip to a local corn maze. There were 37 students and numerous adults with us. It was right in the middle of lunch rush. The staff were absolutely wonderful and patient with our 5th graders. The food was great and the service was excellent! A+ to the crew working on Oct. 25, 2024. ❤️“

“I normally have a wonderful experience but today I had the worst one yet. I go just about everyday so you can imagine that I spend quite a bit of money at this place. I went through the drive through( second ) lane and was first in line to order and the lady at the first speaker kept taking orders from the other lane ( first lane ) as they were popping up. I watched 6 cars skip me after I waited about 10 minutes. Well finally the lady comes across the speaker and says just give me a second. Two or three more minutes go by. Still nobody takes our order. Meanwhile this other girl is moving this first line very quickly. I ended up having to get out of line, which another car also pulled off that was behind us. Park my vehicle, get out, go in & wait for it to be made. For them to still ask me what I ordered! And all I wanted to do was go through the drive-thru to get my food and go home. There were ample amount of managers in that store. There were people cooking left and right and all of them were working very hard. But I don't know what in the world was going on with the people at the drive through. I know it stays pretty busy & I'm very considerate! I've waited 30 minutes before and my food was still wrong . But when you have a regular EVERYDAY customer walk in upset as all get out because somebody was simply just not paying attention, really bothers me. The ladies at the window taking orders need to get their crap together or stay off the cell phone, one of the two. Very disappointed. I should have got my money back to be honest and if I wouldn't have been hungry I would have left and went somewhere else today. The management was on point, they were working their butts off in there, just as hard if not harder than everyone else and they shouldn't have to babysit their employees. So I don't want this review to negatively impact them. Just the ones that were left in charge taking drive through orders. & To the two Sweethearts at the counter that took my order, They deserve all the recognition. They were very nice, kind, and sympathetic. 5/3/25 , Between 2:30 pm - 3 pm.“
