For over a year now, I have tried ordering Jimmy Johns to have it delivered and they supposedly never have anyone who can deliver. I work at the hospital and hardly have time to be able to run out to pick up food. I understand when things were crazy with Covid going on but 2 yrs later and you still don’t have someone who can deliver….So much for their “Freaky Fast” delivery!!!

In all of the years I have been a customer with Jimmy Johns I have NEVER had an issue with my sandwich except today. I ordered 2 sandwich online, i sent my assistant to pick it up 10-15 mins after i ordered. she waited and no sandwiches was ready, customers came in and they made their sandwiches before making ours.
