Our driver, Gregory, just brought part of our order to us AFTER delivering the first part. Which is AWESOME!
It was just free parm bites that I had redeemed- I wasn’t even going to make a fuss about them.
The fact that they took it upon themselves to make it right even without a customer calling about something missing says a lot about their character! Way to go, Gregory!
I gave 4 stars for food because, while it’s definitely improved over the last few months, overall the pizzas are still overtopped and I’m not fond of that- still delicious though!“
“So I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager and it was so pleasant although I was complaining. They fixed the issue and gave me a smile and apologized. I know things happen so never a big deal. Too, you never mess with ppl preparing your food! 👌🏾“
“Order from Horner Blvd, because when you order and pay for extra toppings, you will get them, whoever makes the pizza at the Horner Blvd location needs a raise, Jefferson Davis is okay, i got 2 pizzas there and they both didn't look identical as one had more toppings than the other one but it's okay I'll just go to Horner Blvd.“
