Lady super nice
Service used to be sketchy at this location, but it is back to its old good self now. It’s always a stop off when flying home out of Charlotte. Their fries are the best they can be not when not using fat in the fryer. Still good enough to go out of your way to buy some.
Great service and food
Checkers offers fantastic service, with friendly staff and quick responses on the intercom. The food is hot, fresh, and flavorful, with options like fry burgers, chicken bites, and chili cheese fries. The general manager is extremely nice and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve any issues. Many customers appreciate the quality of the fries, which are the best they can be without using fat in the fryer, making them worth a visit even if it’s out of the way. The burgers are highly recommended, especially the Big Buford Double Burger Combo, which is a favorite for many. The staff is known for being nice, very hardworking, and respectful, often providing great service such as giving discounts when needed. With excellent customer service and a focus on quality food, Checkers is a great choice for a satisfying meal.
