Chen's is a staple in Shelby. The food is top tier and has been for as long as I can remember. I have eaten many things on the menu since I've been in Shelby and I have a few recommendations. The Mongolian Beef is exquisite. The pot stickers are my go-to though. Either as an appetizer or a meal the pot stickers are a must have if you go to Chen's. The service is friendly and quick. The prices are a little higher than ideal but well worth it if you want good food.
The town of boiling springs has a few restaurants ; this is one of my favorite places hear to stop and get a fast and fresh cooked meal. The owners are alwas on hand and friendly people. The food is some of the best around and its location is with in walking distance from Gardner Web University. Stop in and give this place a try: you wont be sorry and check out chens chicken with shrimp . it is to die for.
