Best location in the area in my opinion. Admittedly I eat Subway a lot and I've only ever had this location get my sandwich wrong twice. Once they didn't toast it, and once they put lettuce on when I didn't request it (I always do an online order to pick up). The place is actually clean, too, which is more than I can say for some of the other Shelby locations. The employees are pretty nice, I've never had any issues there.
This location has consistently remained extremely clean, maintained, bathrooms clean and stocked and the whole atmosphere generally fantastic. Well done! (and a particular thank you to Kinsey). She has her eyes on everything, so it appears.
Subway staff was very kind and displayed great customer service when correcting my order! Always friendly and courteous.
