People are nice here. Though I wasn't a part of the conversation, I enjoyed hearing the workers crack jokes. Seems they get along well. Every one was smiling. This made my subway experience today nice.
The manager was really rude and short took two coupons and said couldn't use two on one order been there at least ten times and have used two coupons my mother has late stage dementia and she's not always with me but the lady you can tell is miserable in the job cause when I told her we would do separate orders and passed the coupon to my friend she said yeah ok separate orders like she was paying for it but I promise the West Shelby subway is off my list I will go to anywhere...read full review

Experience was mediocre, and for a Subway, that's already a lowbar. Atmosphere was trash; employees dancing around to loud music blasting from a boom box, while a homeless man had apparently 'moved in' to one of the booths.
