At first glance it is a nice new Wendys and previously we had a pleasant experience. Alas as all things go AI was installed and “Wendy” turned out to even beat “BoLinda” in annoyance and lack of listening. Truly already upset, upon first taste the tea had “gone off” and was genuinely undrinkable. Disappointedly I open my sandwich, that was meant to have only mayo but found a concerningly small amount, I worried if it was mayo.
I will t to this Wendy’s around 10pm on a Thursday i ordered a baconator and two ten piece nugget meals. the food tasted like cardboard it was probably sitting under the heating lamp for hours collecting bacteria. it was the worst experience i had at Wendy’s. there frosty machine was down no surprise there since it always is at this location. Food was great, but I hated ordering from what seemed like Alexa in the drive thru. I want a human. It was recording everything while trying to take our order and it was chaotic with four kids in the car. This might be the way of the future, but I’m not happy about this experience at all.
