“Awesome food at good prices. I have been trying the various Asian restaurants in my area and this one is great. The dim sum was perfectly prepared, the Avocado Chicken, Pad Thai, Salmon, and Glazed Chicken and Pork were full of flavor and fork tender. We will definitely enjoy eating at this restaurant again. It is a nice place to dine in, as the atmosphere is charming and the staff super friendly.“

I will be stopping by during my future travels through Carthage NC. Fresh food has such unique taste and texture. “I put this one star review in and the next day was contacted by the owner/s. They told me they felt bad about the situation and wanted to personally deliver the scones that I had ordered to rectify the oversight. I even told them that I lived in Fayetteville and they said it didn’t matter it’s what they wanted to do. I have to say that that says a lot about someone when they see that you’ve had a bad experience and they’re willing to go out of their way to make it right. At first when this happened I was willing to write the business off and not return, but seeing that they care that much, I will be returning. (Leaving the original review to show the situation that happened and what they felt led to make right) The scones are the best I’ve ever had. Their customer service and organization not so much. I’ve put in a bulk order online two days in advance, get to the store to pick it up and they are looking at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Then they check their system and see it in there and then proceed to tell me that they don’t have the scones I ordered, because they didn’t put it together, so I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund. They told me it is best to call or come into the store to put in bulk orders. A few months later I do just that, I go into the store put in my bulk order and was told they could have it ready at 2pm. Go into the store and they don’t have my order. Same employee as last time told me oh well it’s just like last time we didn’t check the system. I told her I came in in person and out this order in at 7am and she then proceeded to tell me, well it must’ve been an oversight, so I had to get my money refunded to me yet again. Although their scones are the best I will not be returning because of this reason.“

“Ashten’s is always a favorite of mine and of course Valentine’s Day was another great experience. From the beautiful atmosphere and decor to the amazing service. Fresh, local ingredients and great selection of cocktails and wine. Highly recommend getting an appetizer, entree, and you certainly can’t skip dessert. Zarah, the pastry chef is a true magician. Overall 10/10 experience and I’ll surely be back.“

“The Bell Tree Tavern hosted our schools staff Christmas party and we cannot recommend them enough for your next event or gathering! Matt, the event manager, did an excellent job working with us to create a menu in our price point and had amazing communication throughout the planning process. Their staff was incredibly attentive and did a great job helping our party run smoothly. Now the most important part.... the food! It was absolutely delicious! Our staff has not stopped talking about how great the food was. We look forward to working with The Bell Tree Tavern again and highly suggest them whether its grabbing a bite while you're out or for your next event or party!“

“Always a favorite. The food is always great, however the service is one reason why my sister's and I frequent when our busy schedules allow. On our most recent visit, my grandson wanted a big boy glass, our waitress did not hesitate to get him one. He eats with chopsticks at 3 years old. She did not hesitate to get him some, and when he dropped them, another staff member jumped right in to retrieve him another set. He was so happy and he told he had a great time. They made his visit special by showing kindness and not making us feel like he was bothersome. Will be going back soon.“
