“Best birthday EVER celebrating my birthday having a grand wine tasting at Shelton Vineyards. As we entered their open gate and meandered slowly down their road surrounded by their vineyards, my family and I were immediately impressed with the landscape and were excited to taste their wines. We had a FABULOUS tasting experience in their gazebo with the backdrop of the vineyards all around us. We TRULY ENJOYED their wine selection and I loved their Dry and Sparkling Riesling and Bourbon Barrel Chardonnay; and from their red wine selection LOVED LOVED the Tannat and Claret. It’s a MUST SEE and TASTE vineyard if you’re visiting around the area of Charlotte or Winston-Salem and my only disappointment is not knowing about Shelton Vineyards sooner!! Thank you Derek for the great tour and wine tasting and thank you Jennie for arranging this for us!! Will definitely visit Shelton Vineyards again and order more of my favorite wines!!!“

“I ordered catering from Prime Thai for 12 people and it was perfect! The ordering process was straight forward. The presentation was beautiful and impressive. The food flavor was perfect. I needed it done as early as possible and it was ready 15 minutes after they opened.“

“Came in for the night from Charlotte to see The Reeves theater. Did not disappoint !! The music, the sound were unbelievable. Great cafe and bar. This is worth the 1.15 min drive from Charlotte to sit in this old theater and listen to the bands.“

“The best place to stop if you're heading south on I77 towards the airport. From the kind waitress to the delicious home cooking, this restaurant will have you wishing you lived nearby! PS. The corn nuggets were scrumptious and a perfect side to the beef tips I had for lunch. The desserts are divine! We had a slice of the extremely refreshing lemon meringue pie.“

“Such a great place that doesn't have a big flashy website, just a beautiful cozy small tasting room and vineyard. I was by myself and was able to enjoy the room and wine in a nice cozy chair. I went on a random Friday in January. They are open during the week in the winter unlike many of the vineyards in the area. Highly recommend“

“Our family loved everything about this restaurant. The food was amazing and we loved the atmosphere in this quaint downtown area. You should most definitely stop and eat here if you are passing through. This is a hidden gem.The flavors of the fried green tomatoes are fantastic as well as the glaze on the salmon (we wanted more!).“

“We all know waffle house, it's a big name. The one in Jonesville takes the cake when it comes to the food and the service. The servers were so nice and the food delicious. I got the all star breakfast with a chocolate chip waffle, hash browns, bacon and sunny side eggs. It's like an old fashioned dinner with a modern twist. 8/10 definitely would go again.“

“Don’t judge a book by its cover, they say. This place is a diamond in the rough. The servers were attentive, the food was very good. We were able to enjoy catching up with friends we hadn’t seen in years; they didn’t say anything as they approached closing time and we were still chatting away!“

“Cowboy restaurant in elkin what can I say they out do themselves Everytime I go. I love the food. Got cheese fries, popcorn shrimp with cocktail sauce, and a few times I got the steaks they have. I've tried almost the whole menu at this point and nothing disappoints it's all amazing. 9/10.“

“We visited Shelton Vineyards on Friday Nov 17. We ate at the restaurant. Amanda was our server. It was an exceptional experience! The ambience was warm and inviting. The food and wine were delicious. The service was superb. Amanda was courteous, pleasant and extremely attentive to our needs. Amanda made sure that we were very satisfied. She went above and beyond to take care of us during our time at the restaurant. We'll definitely be back and would love to have Amanda as our server again.“

“Great service on a quick Thursday night visit. Food was pretty fresh even though was late. I got turkey and dressing, did t love the dressing but that’s just not the type I like. Also got mashed potatoes and green beans. I especially like their green beans.“

“The owner makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door. This place has a very friendly environment. I had a supreme pizza slice and chicken parmesan. Both were wonderful. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely come back.“
