“Some of the best Thai food in this area. Service is usually very quick as long as they are not super busy (but they do have lots of seating).

They offer the typical 1-5 spice ratings. You select your dish, choose what type of meat (or tofu), and then set the spice level. Dishes also include soup and spring roll.

Good spot for lunch.”

“Small, out of the way, top-notch Chinese takeout. Food was surprisingly fresh and high quality for such an out of the way restaurant. The dumplings were fresh and delicious - the best I have had at a small restaurant off the beaten path. Their fried rice was as good as any I’ve had anywhere else in the world. Great food and a great value.”

“The stromboli was amazing! Great pepperoni and cheese. It was also huge so it was 2 meals. Good quality. My husband got the Italian sub and raved about it. Quality ingredients and wonderful dough. Only 2 small tables, best for takeout.”

“Came in with the family and was glad I did. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile from Zoe who made sure we were seated promptly. She even had provided friendly conversation on the way to our table.

Once seated we were served by Jeremaine who gave great recommendations on what to order and was very friendly during our meal. Food came out quick and drink stayed full throughout the whole experience. Thank you Zoe and Jeremaine for helping make our experience.”

“The food and fast service at Peking are great. I had the Chicken with Mixed Vegetables and Fried Rice. It was very good. My friend had Scallion Chicken with Fried Rice. She said it was very good. Other dishes I've had include Moo Goo Gai Pan, and Chicken Lo Mein. They were good as well.”

And it takes 10 minutes or more to get my order with no one else online but me, and people were coming in with their bags saying they got the wrong order wrong order AGAIN! By the time I got my order there were 6 to 8 people behind me waited 10 minutes and there's always a problem! It's obvious there's new owners. Always problems at night .”

“Being from California, I have been searching the entire East Coast for a Mexican food restaurant that actually knows how to cook REAL Mexican food, it took me five years but I finally found La Familia here in Statesville and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT! Hands down, the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving from California (THE BEST BY FAR!) And to top it off, their prices are VERY reasonable! My son and I both got entire meals, drinks, and sides of rice and beans for $21!! They gained a new loyal customer today!! I’ll be back two or three times a week, really, it’s that good!!”

On Wednesdays they offer choices of fish sandwich or fish combo plates that are reasonably priced and will satisfy your appetite. I definitely recommend if you are in the area.”

“I'm a semi-regular here for lunch because of the fast and friendly service. Yesterday that was taken to a while new level. I left my debit card at home and was hoping to use Google or Samsung pay. Unfortunately, they only take Apple pay. Darius, the awesome guy who directs traffic during lunch, took care of my meal for me. I was/am beyond grateful. They were even giving out flowers yesterday and I got a cute little bouquet. Love this place!”

The food is good. We have a pretty big family of picky eaters, but they never complain about Chinese when we get it from here.

There is no dine-in seating; this restaurant is currently take-out only. Some seats while you wait, but otherwise bring it home.

“Drive thru experience with a very long line (non on Saturday the 19th). Instead of holding it up, they had cars pull through to wait. Allowed me to get my coffee and get out of there faster than I thought was possible: no exaggeration. Absolute excellence, running that line.”

“I was upset that I couldn't take advantage of their delivery deals because they couldn't deliver to us due to an issue with their delivery system despite them being only a few miles away, manager allowed me to place a carryout order and have it delivered anyways. So kind, love this store 11/10 will order again!”
