I absolutely love Joe Phifers! I usually frequent this establishment at least twice a week because my dad enjoys their fried chicken sandwiches and barbecue sandwiches. The food is great and the family that owns Joe Phifer’s are even greater! Let’s all support our community and keep our historic businesses thriving!
It literally gets no better than this!
The staff is so kind. But, more than that their food is outstanding. The best meal we've in a very long time. Our favorite was the BBQ sandwich with Cole slaw on it. The turnip greens are excellent. The Mac n cheese is baked. Delicious. My husband said the potato salad was the best he's ever had. If you're nearby, you definitely need to check it out.

Despite being a little run down, the delicious food makes it well worth a visit. The family-friendly atmosphere and easy wheelchair accessibility make it a great spot for everyone to enjoy.
