“I am a foody and love trying new places. I found this place searching on Google and tried it because of the reviews, and I am so glad I did. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend you try their burgers and wings. The customer service is top notch. You will feel like you're home every time you step in to the little place. Don't judge a book by its cover. You have to try it.“

“Being from California, I have been searching the entire East Coast for a Mexican food restaurant that actually knows how to cook REAL Mexican food, it took me five years but I finally found La Familia here in Statesville and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT! Hands down, the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving from California (THE BEST BY FAR!) And to top it off, their prices are VERY reasonable! My son and I both got entire meals, drinks, and sides of rice and beans for $21!! They gained a new loyal customer today!! I’ll be back two or three times a week, really, it’s that good!!“

“Compliments to the chefs! One of the best burritos I’ve ever had it was the burrito asadero and it was amazing !!!!! And the guy who served us was absolutely fantastic, my cup didn’t go empty once and he was very polite if I’m in town I will definitely come back!!!!!“

“I have been eating here for years. I order My meal extra spicy and they provide it. Recently tried 2 other Mexican restaurants because they were much closer. Never again. I will stick with Cozumel even though it’s a 35 min drive for me.“
