“Placed an online order and headed inside to pick it. I was greeted quickly and asked if I placed an order. I was told the Cherry Pepsi was out of stock and asked if I would like something else. Our food came out quickly, everything prepared as ordered. The potatoes tasted as they had been sitting awhile and was a bit too crunchy/dry to enjoy.
Everything with the food was fine, however the dining area was dirty! The crew in the back used foul language like they was home with their friends the entire time. Definitely not language you should use in the workplace.“
“Well we got the wrong order. We ordered on the ap and our order was mixed with the previous drive thru order. The staff seemed to be having communication problems. Uniqua took charge and corrected the order and brought it to us as quick as she could. Thank you for fixing everything and being prompt with our order. You took a difficult situation and fixed it. You deserve 5 stars.“
