Stop her to get dinner yesterday. Tried the new Tajin taco. Was fantastic! But what stood out more was the customer service that Cassandra provided. She was well spoke and very kind on the speak when taking our order. And when we got to the window she was the same bubbly personality. Asked if we needed any sauces and was super kind. I hope she is valued there!
First of all, I’m a very frequent visitor of this Taco Bell and never once have I had a bad experience until today I drove through and in the middle of placing my order, the lady on the microphone tells me they don’t have beef, which whatever I can ignore placed my order got home. All of my food was a disgusting my cheesy fiesta potatoes were hard as a rock. they forgot my nacho cheese for my nacho fries. The only redeemable item from my order was my chicken quesadilla
So there’s a lady who works there, she was working today, Sunday, August 23 around 4pm and she is the bomb.com!! Excellent customer service and very kind. I appreciate that, and it made our day at the park a bit better because $4 for a Midnight Baja Blast is ridiculous. Good looking out!!
