“Hats off to Vida Pour Tea! I visited with my daughter during my last trip to NC and brought some tea home with me. It ran out and I needed another "NC tea hug" so I ordered a variety! There was a shipping problem that was not their fault, but they were quick to see that I was taken care of. My "hug" arrived today. Thank you, VPT staff! I'll be seeing you on my next visit out there!! Now...which one do I try first??? 🤔“

“After spending the night in the shadiest hotel I’ve ever stayed, I was looking for a comfortable spot to just chill with my son for a bit with a nice cup of coffee. Tate Street Coffee House did not disappoint! The vibe is chill, and welcoming, and the coffee is amazing. Admitted I am a little boring with my coffee, just a good old cup of black with cream and sugar, but now I wish they were much closer to St. Louis!“

“10/10. My daughter law and I like to find new places downtown to eat, well did she find a gem today!! I had breakfast and they had lunch. The food was absolutely amazing, love they have the healthy options like turkey bacon. My grandson had the Salmon burger guys this was SO good! My breakfast was plentiful and the potatoes are the best I’ve ever ate! It is hidden inside of the Renaissance building, straight back past the elevator and to the left! The service was great, the atmosphere was great! We will be returning!“

“I Love Love Love Mama Margarita! She’s a delight and her food is delightful and delicious. She loves to service and be a warm part of your day. Whenever you arrive at her location, BE PATIENT. And don’t allow your ego to take away from the great person and great food that you will receive. There’s times you will have to wait while she prepares others food. But she always comes back and greets you with a smile and ready to service whoever she needs to. I love eating here and I will continue to do so! I usually order my pancakes, 2 meats, and eggs. I’d grab a spinach and mango smoothie and get started with my day!

“I had breakfast with my family and it was delicious. We ordered the Holey Donuts cheesecake with Nutella, double bacon parmesan hash, frittata rustica, kale tonic, and power breakfast quinoa bowl, acai superfood bowl, and coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious. The only thing was that the double bacon parmesan hash was slightly salty. The service was incredible, and the atmosphere is perfect for sharing a great breakfast. Highly recommended.“
