At Dunkin', the hot chocolate is excellent, but the sour cream donut tastes thawed. Despite friendly employees, some have slow service and encounter attitude issues. The wheelchair ramp is a plus for accessibility. The location is a bit noisy, affecting order accuracy. On donut day, the cappuccino might be too strong. Help might be needed in the parking lot as voicemails can't be left.
