Wendy’s is always pretty good but I got a old , over done chicken sandwich and it was awful. If I didn’t go home I would have gone inside to complain. I usually have good experiences at our Wendy’s but this time was a bust!
First time here, good food. Nice and crispy. Good experience with indoor cashier and staff too.
Stopped on our way home from Cherokee. My husband had the son of baconator combo and said it was very good. He mentioned the fries were well done. I had the Dave’s single combo and it was delicious! Wendy's is a casual dining establishment that offers fresh and made-to-order meals. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, providing a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's signature items, such as the Double Pretzel Baconator, are reportedly delicious. However, some customers have experienced long wait times in the drive-through, possibly due to staffing challenges. Additionally, there have been instances of incorrect orders and occasional frustration from staff members.
Despite these occasional issues, the restaurant has made positive strides, as evidenced by a customer's recent large order being accurately prepared and the staff's friendly service. The updated lobby also contributes to the overall positive experience. While the food quality can vary, Wendy's remains a reliable option for those seeking a casual dining experience.
