I work in food, and have for several years. I’ve been in every position.
I came through the drive thru, sat at the speaker without being greeted- after about 5 minutes we said “hello.” And the voice on the other end very lightly responds with “I’ll be with you in a minute.” After another few minutes my order was taken. 2 sandwiches 2 drinks and one fry.
