I stop here all the time. The food is mostly pretty good. But everytime I got thru the drive thru, whether its busy or I am the only one there, they tell me to pull away from the windows after paying and they will bring my food out to me. I dont know why they do that, I think its because they are judged based on how long a car waits at the windows and this is a way to cheat the system. Its pretty annoying. Why I have to inconvenience myself so that their average wait time is lower....read full review
Store clean and cashiers were very helpful. Food was good and made on time
The restrooms were pretty beat up.

Hardee's is a typical fast food burger joint known for its freshly cooked and tasty burgers, along with nice cold drinks and fries. While the service can be slow and sometimes unfriendly, there are moments of excellent customer service that stand out. One customer praised a staff member named Ariana for her great personality and helpfulness at the drive-thru, which made a positive impression. Other staff members like Tammy, Gabrielle, and Jonathan also received compliments for their kindness and attention to detail.
However, not all experiences were positive. Some customers found the food to be just okay, with issues such as excessively greasy hash browns and lukewarm meals. A customer noted a confusing situation regarding a shake order due to frozen ice cream. Despite these downsides, the honesty of the staff was highlighted when a team member returned extra money from a transaction, showing a commendable level of integrity. Overall, Hardee's offers reasonable prices and a mix of good and average experiences.
