“Last time I came here was rough, but this time was actually very good. New guy took our order and was patient with the two seniors I was working with. The lady who helped him I believe they said her name was Mitch? Absolute sweetheart! Gave us prompt and kind assistance when we got one of the cheeseburgers with mustard on it (one of us has an allergy). She took care of it and us in no time! Hats off to you!”

“Today I was Blessed with being able to share a meal with these two lovely ladies. Brenda and her grandson on the left, Lazara and our waitress Janelle.. None of us had ever been to Miami Fusion Cafe before, I'd never heard of it but Lazara's son had told her about it and that was where the ladies wanted to go so that was where we went. This does not normally happen but it happened with Janelle, I liked her attitude and demenor immediately. Janelle is a people person and interacted very well with us. She even brought Brendas grandson a coloring book. I have ate in Japan, Hong Kong, Okinawa, Philipines, all over teh USA, Mexic and Honduras and Canada and I have met some very exceptional waitresses, but Janelle tops the list as far as I am concerned. You see, I speak fluent Hillbilly and half decent Englis, and very litte Spanis, My friends told her and every time she addressed me she spoke English probably better that me and was so nice. To say the least, Janelle was an exceptional waitress and at the same time so lady. like. Her demenor and attitude was the thing that made me like her immediatly. But then came the good food aaaaand sahring a meal with Great friends, which was topped off with a this lovely, attentive, friendly, courteous, prompt, waitress with a smile that would stop you in your tracks! Janelle is a wonderful personality. My day was topped off at Miami Fusion Cafe in Denver, NC. where we met Janelle.”

“we went for Sunday brunch. .Our server Ashley(?) was fantastic! Did a great job describing the menu. Made everything sound delicious. This was our first visit there. Our food was fantastic! There were four of us, we had the Meatloaf Benedict eggs Benedict, Cajun shrimp omelette and the smashburger. we all sampled each other's food. Everything was so very good! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we went ahead and made a reservation for the following Friday evening dinner. Can't wait to go back!!!”

“Incredible! So many gluten free options, marked clearly on the menu. And FANTASTIC gluten free key lime pie! The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!”

“I welcome this new place. It is very convenient. The salads and Mezze platter are nice, The gyros and Pita sandwiches are average. Tonight for my take-away order which included my "traditional lamb gyro", there were way too many onions, too much tzatziki sauce, the lamb seemed a bit undercooked, and the pita seemed to be just out of a package and my "hand-cut fries were very soggy. Al though they were part of a take-away order, they were just ordered very shortly before. I believe that this place will be around for a long time as to the novice, it is very good. I am just a picky person that has been lots of places and eaten at lots of places as well. I wish the best of luck. I will still be eating there occasionally, but more salads and things like the mezze platter.”

He shared so much about their authentic cooking and let us sample everything. Truly the best birria tacos and so much more!! Soups, stewed and grilled chicken with poblano cream sauce was superb!
