The Manager, Eric and Assistant Manager Christopher, not only make sure their staff is taken care of, but also the customers. our family has been going to this location for about 16 years. there are many staff members who have worked their just as long. Highly recommend the Statesville location, not only have the staff become our friends, but also the fellow customers.“

“I was on vacation with 3 other couples. we had a reservation on 8/22/25. Our server "Q" was great and did a wonderful job going over the specials and recommendations. The french onion soup was delicious. I am typically not a steak person, but decided to try the petite filet with garlic butter and the baked potato. It was phenomenal and I was very pleased with my choice. others got the ribs, lamb, lobster bisque, a plethora of sides, cheescake and lava cake....nothing was less than delicious. The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!“

“This is the second year we hosted our neighborhood holiday party at Shoals Grill. They have updated the private party room which was a nice surprise. We had a group of 50 people and the service and food was great. Andrew, the event manager, and our bartender were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We look forward to hosting our party again there in 2025.“

Hands down, the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving from California (THE BEST BY FAR!) And to top it off, their prices are VERY reasonable! Allyson, Bree, and Triston gave us friendly service and were accommodating. The food was fantastic, and the festive holiday drink menu was a big hit!

Monday night is half price smash burgers , the freedom burger is my favorite, and they donate $1for each burger sold to the Freedom Fund which helps veterans tremendously ! This scratch kitchen sports tavern is fantastic. 48 giant televisions and a giant HD projector makes this an ideal place to watch your favorite sporting event! Especially the Super Bowl! They are giving away prizes each quarter of the game and a lucky guest will win free wings for a year, and wow the wings are phenomenal. The service is consistently excellent, and they have food and drink specials , and an excellent draft beer selection. What an amazing dining destination!
