“What a cute family owned restaurant! Inside consists of many tables and booths. The hostess told us that we could seat ourselves and menus were already at the table. We came in wanting breakfast! Our waitress was friendly and funny the entire time. All of the entrees were delicious! We ordered French toast, a western omelette with a fruit cup & turkey sausage, the pop special which came with eggs, French toast, bacon and hash browns! We love coming here for breakfast!“

“We done out all the time since we’re in the industry. 95% of the time we are disappointed but the Famous Toastery did not disappoint. We tried a few things off the menu but what we did try was balanced well. Good depth of flavor in their meals, which is hard to find in breakfast food. “Damn, that was good! The first thing about this place that stands out is that it's literally the best-smelling restaurant in Mooresville. And that's a lot of restaurants. I knew once it smelled good that it would taste good. Right. Anyway... Eating this was interesting because each bite kept getting better and I didn't want to stop. The only mistake I made was the wonton noodles. They were very good but they really just got in the way of the fresh ingredients, which were cold-yet-cooked grilled chicken, cucumbers, shredded carrots, mixed greens, white rice, and a mix of soy sauce and a soy base. When I left here, the freshness of this meal invigorated me. Another big plus is the friendliness of the staff. I can assure you that this is not the case for all restaurants in Mooresville. I would say half are genuinely friendly, 25% are faking it, and 25% are rude or just have no personality. The staff here is genuinely friendly, polite, patient, and happy to help. I highly recommend Poke Bros! I know there is more than one location so I can't speak for the others because I haven't been to them, but if you live in Mooresville, the other locations don't matter much and this one should be on your to-do list!“

“Have had 2 experiences here. Service is friendly. Faster than steak and shake but slower than McDonald's. I've only had burgers here and they are good. They have a huge ice cream selection and a broader menu selection than most fast food places. Had monster burger.. cost $8. Inside atmosphere a cross between a sports bar and fast food. “Quiet lunchtime visit. Barkeep Becky was friendly, welcoming and a wealth of information. Makes a very fine Old Fashioned, too! I had the Philly cheesesteak which was outstanding. My better half had the chicken quesadalia and brought home half which I sampled a day later; also excellent. Crispy fries were great. We'll be back. Bonus: very friendly bar patrons.“

“This is an incredibly popular Vietnamese restaurant in Southern Mooresville. You can sit and eat, and it's a nice spot with comfortable seating and quality decoration, but it's mostly takeout. This has nothing to do with the atmosphere--which is excellent--it's about people from everywhere wanting their food. My food experience here was really good. I can't say amazing but I got stuck in traffic on the way home and it wasn't hot by the time I got home. This is obviously not the restaurant's fault. I also was enjoying the noodle soup until I put that stuff in it (didn't sit well with me). Sorry, I forgot what 'that stuff' was called. I'll fire again for sure. I have a better idea on how to order and I'll eat the food hot next time. The staff is friendly and highly efficient. Recommended.“

“I've been to Italy plus spent years on the East Coast and this food is amazing. Four of us had a flawless meal with impeccable service. The crab cake was one of the best I've ever had. The Chilean sea bass was to die for. Specialty cocktails were beautiful and flavorful. Service was incredible and top notch, yet not stuffy and pompous. An incredible meal for all four of us, we will be back, Every single bite from a variety of dishes was to die for.“

Now this is a guy who is notorious for sending things back and making a bit of fuss. I waited tables thru school and this is the guy no one wants in there section. My wife was like “pick somewhere we don’t go too often just in case.” (Me thinking… ) community pub, not pretentious, pub food so low expectations, easy to get to, good for kids, not expensive. Harp and Crown. The service was fantastic the waitress’ name was Brooke, She was very friendly not at all pretentious, she laughed with the kids and you can tell she was enjoying herself, totally on top of things. The food was great, the kids ate everything without fuss. One of the visiting adults said that was the best cheeseburger she had in a very long time. Oh yeah Mr. Michelin star reviewer, he ate that entire Ruben didn’t leave a crumb on the plate grabs the bill and leaves a big tip. This place is one of my new favorites.“

“I had been to monsoon once before for a special occasion about a year ago. The waitress then was super helpful and explained everything in detail. Today for my birthday I was craving sushi but wanted to eat in the comfort of my home. We ordered out and my husband mentioned to them on the phone that it was my birthday. They included a chocolate torte that was to die for. From the accommodations to quality of food, we are highly recommending Monsoon.“

“This place is the best the servers are very personable. They offer the best wine for the money that you can find in a 100 mile radius. They give a very personal service to there approach. They love what they do and are very knowledgeable. In my opinion they are the most knowledgeable in bang for the buck they can find true gems for 15$ and if you have e a special occasion then they still have you covered. You have to go there if you are new to wine and do not want to be ripped off. Oooor if you are an expert they can find the hidden gems. Ownership is top notch the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when comes to wine“

“I know I took two pictures of the salad, but they aren't there. Odd. The picture wouldn't do it justice anyway. The salad was awesome! I also had a pear. Because it was in the salad. I haven't had a pear since I was eight years old (rough estimate). This pear was covered in balsamic vinaigrette but I really enjoyed it. Here's where I'm going with this.... Go out an explore. Be adventurous. You might accidentally find out you like pears and stuff! Anyway, enough about pears. The bread was also stellar. I mean, that was some damn good bread! And you're not locked-in to garlic bread either. It's one of the few places I have been where if they have garlic bread you can also have not-garlic-bread. Can't the other places just not add garlic? I'll try the Cajun-like chicken dish next time. The service, ambiance, and decor were on the money. Highly recommend! Just wish they didn't charge $5 for bread. Weird. But still highly recommended!“

“I’ve been here many times with my family. Every single time we’ve loved both the food and service! The chef salad is delicious and we can never resist the spinach artichoke dip. My mom and I always spit the salad and it’s still plenty. I love that they actually split the meal for us in the kitchen and not once have we felt like they had an issue with it. There is always plenty of friendly servers checking to make sure you are enjoying your food and that your drinks are full. I just saw they have breakfast now and I can’t wait to try it!“

WELL GREAT PREPARED FOOD.This place USED TO BE one of MY FAVORITE places to eat.SHOUT OUT TO STEPHANIE and her twin sister and a couple of the other ladies who serve there.The Black lady that is NOW or was a couple of months ago the short order cook IS ON FREAKIN POINT.IT IS THE OWNER(Mother) and sometimes the daughter or it's sometimes the owner(daughter )and ALL THE TIME THE MOTHER.I have gotten 2 different stories of who owns the place.Either the mama or the daughter. The MAMA IS EITHER RACIST OR PREJUDICE. 2 different things google it. I don't know which.I've not really seen other people of color there to eat unless I bring them, so not quite sure. The thing is I USED TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THE PLACE. Bragged on it even before they got the new cook. BUT AFTER BAYBAY!! So good I was tipping Stephanie and the cook.I will admit when I go out to eat I'm VERY PARTICULAR about my food. At first, there was no consistency on the food quality. Having to send it back maybe 2 or 3 times. NEVER ASKED FOR FREE FOOD OR MY MONEY BACK. Then they got themselves a Black Lady (Sorry cant remember her name) short-order cook. MY LAWD Stephanie knows how I like my food and when I ordered JEEZZZZUUUUS. I went back like 3 days in a row. She was surprised I had been back so many times. I told her food was GREAT. The 3rd time quality sucked again. I asked why that's when she told me.After that, I started calling first to see if NEW cook was cooking before I went.The last time I went, I took my granddaughter. The new cook was cooking. We put half in to-go boxes and started on the other half. Stephanie asked us BOTH how the food was and we both said not good. We sent it back. The MAMA came back with attitude and said well y'all ate most of it, I'm not sure what you want.I looked at her (now this is the 3rd TIME SHE HAS BEEN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME) one time I had been taking pictures of the spot to post on my Instagram to shout out the place. The MAMA started yelling at me I couldn't take pictures of the people(I KNOW). Once she informed me SHE WAS THE OWNER and it was her place and basically what she said went.Well, this time I was tired of her rudeness and I wanted to show my granddaughter that classy and my dollars make the difference between ignorant and rudeness. So I politely said excuse me. We didn't eat it all here's the other half of the food in the to-go boxes. She looked at us and the boxes and said oh. Took the to-go boxes to make completely new orders. I asked to make sure the cook had made my food and was remaking my food. She said yes. I didn't believe her. Because the young lady had NEVER MESSED UP AN ORDER OF MINE BEFORE.I told Stephanie what happened and I wouldn't be back.I miss that food, the other servers, and especially Stephanie, but I can't go back.So I really don't know how to answer the star questions.
