“Coworker and I split the Fried Green Tomato sandwich and the Garlic Breath sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious, but the Fried Green Tomato sandwich was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Went back the next day to take my Mom (near their closing time). and tried the Roasted Sweet Potato Spinach and Bacon salad. Definitely another win... was absolutely delicious!! Staff is super friendly and kind.“

“We found this little gem of a restaurant while attending a dance competition at JE Broyhill Civic Center. For such a small place they have a BIG menu. The service was amazing and so was the food! I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks for a great meal and friendly ppl. 5☆☆☆☆☆“

“Service was excellent! Restaurant was clean, bathroom were clean and well supplied. Food was excellent. We stopped on our way home from a Birthday road trip, for dinner. We were seated and served quickly, our server was perfect. They didn't hoover, but were there as if she read our minds providing excellent service with a sense of humor and patience.“

“We visited the fresh Depot last week. The food was absolutely delicious! If you haven't gone for their wings you need to. The wings were incredible!!!!! The salads were fresh. The burger was amazing and my mom got a steak and a seafood cake which were both very very good. super impressed with the food. also the service was fast!! “Jacqueline was our waitress and she was polite, attentive, and friendly. In addition to Jacqueline, the other waitresses would stop and ask if coffee refills were needed. The food was cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chefs! The atmosphere was fine, other than it needs to be updated.“

“I’ve had Butches twice in the last week after not having it at all for a long while, and it’s been delicious both times. Got the 2 leg quarter plate: potato curls are officially are as good as wedges used to be or better , and the baked beans were delicious. The big sour dough roll it comes with is great. But the real surprise this time was the home-made spicy ranch. Absolutely delicious. The chicken itself is so well seasoned and juicy, more so than I remember it ever being back when I used to come here. Whatever rub they’re putting on the skin works perfectly. As of July 2026, $10.99 for 2 leg quarters, 2 sides, bread, and drink included feels fair. I’ll keep coming as long as it stays this good! (If you want a lot of potato curls, the $5 large side is generous).“

“10/10 delicious!!! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu ! We shared a club , hotdog , country fried steak , okra ,curds , mashed potatoes and gravy ! All delicious! Only thing I can complain about is not having enough room to try the dessert! I’m sure that woulda been delicious as well ! If you are looking for a delicious home cooked style meal with lots of flavor , this is the place !“
