I was asking if I could get a toy that I really needed for my kids they didn’t even look. I went inside because I was in the drive-through. I went inside. They still had a dust that they only had the same toy when I got two different toys in each bag I just needed a specific toy for them to look for and they couldn’t do that. My clients stated they enjoyed themselves and the food was good. Tgd cashier was pleasant and patient toward my clients when they were placing their orders.
I stop at the heritage location frequently and the food and window service has always been good. This past week, I've stopped twice, and both times waited at the window an excess of 15 minutes, with one and two cars in front of me respectively. The vehicle at the window was obviously waiting for their order, but staff should have asked them to pull to the side to wait, and continue to serve the waiting customers behind them.
