“Manager was very friendly and made a very good cup of ice cream loaded with toppings and well mixed. No matter what size you order it usually comes out more and most employees try to cram it in a small cup then double cup it into a bigger cup. Which just wastes a cup. But the manager just put it into a bigger cup from jump street. Much appreciated.“

Not only is the frozen custard always incredibly smooth and flavorful, and the milkshakes rich, thick, and irresistibly creamy, but it’s the people like Dani who really make the experience unforgettable. “service tonight 4/25 is very rough. I understand it's a busy night, but there is absolutely no need for the assistant manager to get an attitude, when he rang up the wrong item. (ordered large drinks, he rang up large fries. didnt notice until after we paid) when asked where the large drink was, he got an attitude and said that we didn't order a second drink. I've had countless good experiences here, ans will continue to come back. BUT, just because it's busy, there's absolutely NO reason to get an attitude with customers. especially when you're in the wrong.“
