I am never disappointed with the pizza or service here! The employees are always rushing around and working extremely hard. Unlike the previous reviewer, I don't mind waiting a few minutes for a hot pizza and understand how busy it can be in fast food. The manager is always professional and courteous with a smile. I am grateful to have such a reasonably priced dinner option so close by.Dietary restrictions: Can make a pizza in a bowl without the crust. Great Keto or low carb option.
I have always had a good experience here. I always order online to pick up after work. Every time I have ever been here, I am greeted by smiling, friendly employees. My order is always right, and the customer service is great. I love this location. The food is always good. The service is always excellent. Great job, Papa John's at Brogden Woods.

Good food, good service.Update: over a year later I wanted to update my review still top marks for quality food and Great service. Staff were really on top of things tonight October 22nd 2023. Obviously something big went down that disrupted everything and had half their staff occupied but they still took care of the customers as best they could.
