“This was our 3rd time here for dinner. The first time , 2 years go was exceptional.the food, atmosphere, and service were amazing. Last year we went and there were flies swarming our table. We ordered the osso bucco which is typically veal shank. This came as 2 tiny little pork ankles not veal, and was disappointing in taste. This year, we decided to go at Christmas to see the decorations. We ordered the burrata, and they brought us the shrimp appetizer. We sent it back and the server came back with it & said that we ordered it. Which we did not, instead of a confrontation, we kept it. It was delicious, but not what we ordered. The primo dish , we ordered the ravioli to share, it was very good. For or entree, we ordered the veal chop. It was chewy as if undercooked, soggy, as if it layed in its breadcrumb coating too long. For a $47.00 vealchop, it was a complete disappointment in taste and texture .as we went there specifically for the veal chop. After 3xs, the meals got worse instead of better. Our waiter was excellent, it’s too bad., but the food has gone downhill. We are Italian and are always looking for a great Italian meal. This was not!“

“I come here with my mom and grandma every time I come visit. They are always slammed. But they get through the wait quickly it’s typically a 20-45 minute wait. They have great seasonal rotations. I love their French toast, pancakes and the almondnutmuff is delicious. I keep wanting to try their autumn avocado toast it sounds great! The lady at the front who’s worked here for 30 years always remembers my grandma Betty and makes her feel warm and welcome. With my gma’s memory problems it’s very kind and sweet that she remembers her and keeps her in the loop. 1000000/10. Wonderful place“

“From the warm and enthusiastic welcome to the all important “thank you for coming” Over the falls proved to be over the top. Our server was professional and engaging. He took the time to guide our choices through explanations and recommendations. I had the Pesto Parmesan flatbread with added chicken. It was amazing. The presentation was art and the flavors were oh so good. My husband had the Beef of Weckzel, which is one of the most popular. He raved about it. It was served on a warm pretzel roll with horseradish sauce and a warm au jus. My father in law had a pastrami sandwich which he loved, and my sister in law chose the Cobb salad. It also had an artful presentation. \nThe ambiance was inviting and charming. We will definitely return on our next trip to Wake Forest. A fabulous find. Thank you to the staff.“

“So I still recommend, still think the staff are the nicest people and still think their food is some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had but…. Disappointed second time in a row. Last time our request for a dish to be mild was missed and tonight, that same dish was inedible. Tough, strings of meat throughout (see image). There was more spit out than made in to our bellies and this dish isn’t cheap but If it’s a quality issue, I’d rather pay a few bucks more but I’m inclined to think it’s an overcooking issue. Thank goodness for the delicious crab Rangoon and please don’t change those.“

“Stumbled upon Don Julio’s while driving to Raleigh. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food selection and quality of the food. We have gone back multiple times and they have never disappointed! The food tastes amazing, the portions are good sized and the prices are very reasonable. “The Lemon Tree is such a treasure and the food is always delicious! I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying their extensive lunch menu, the special order sides at Thanksgiving, and recently we’ve been ordering the family meal plans while I’ve been recovering from a surgery. The food is always fresh and healthy, and it feels like a warm hug. And the lemon bars… highly addictive! The new location in the Renaissance Center plaza is perfect, especially now that you can browse Page158 books while you eat. It doesn’t get any better than a good meal and a good book!“

“First, the address on TripAdvisor is not accurate. They have moved. The correct address is on their website. \nEven with the trip downtown and back to the restaurant which as it turned out was only a mile or so from our hotel, it was so worth it. For starters we had the creamy crab soup. It was indeed delicious. I told our server I was tempted to cancel our order and just get another bowl of soup. Fortunately, we didn’t. Our entree was a fried seafood basket consisting of shrimp, oyster’s, and flounder. It came with two sides and we got the hand cut fries and coleslaw. We also ordered a half order of hush puppies that came with honey butter. Everything was delicious. Cooked perfectly. The only thing we didn’t eat all of was the fries because there was a bunch of them. The half order of hush puppies was about a dozen and we brought a few home. They were indeed great. \nHighly recommend this place.“

“We absolutely love The Burger Shop! Growing up in Wake Forest, it’s one of our favorite nostalgic local spots that we love to hit up for lunch! The burgers are the best you’ll get in town! You can dine inside or (our favorite) outside! You HAVE to get an Orangeade to go with your burger, it’s a MUST! Don’t worry about eating too much, you can take a stroll downtown afterwards! “Everyone in our family loves this pizza! It is excellent and has good quality ingredients. One of us is gluten free, and he says Papa Murphy's is the best g-free pizza he has had. We love their hours, even around busy holidays. Our pizzas are always ready at the appointed time so we can just grab and go. “I'm from N.Y so I know Brooklyn style pizza. I've been coming here for over 5 years consistently every week, and it's New York style pizza 100% plus all the other Italian dishes are excellent just as good as homemade if not better. Frankie the owner and his big staff are always friendly, professional and extremely cleaniness minded. Quality is always consistent. 100% recommended.“

“Normally, yes, but tonight was horrible!. It took over an hour to get our food; the pizza was terrible — was supposed to be half plain cheese and The other had lots of veggies on it. Over a 3rd of it had the veggies- way more than half, so my kids were very disappointed as they only like cheese. Pizza was very sloppy also. My salad was also incorrect - it came with things on it I specified that should not be on there. They clearly were rushing. I will not order again on a Saturday evening! Very disappointed.“

“This is a favorite local Chinese place! My family has been eating here for years and it never disappoints. One of the owners of the establishment always makes me feel special: she remembers my order, my special requests, gives me extra spicy sauce as a surprise in the bag, etc. I love this place!“

“My husband and I visited Grandma's Diner while visiting during the Thanksgiving holiday with our family. We found this establishment to be pretty darn good! We were served well and the food was delicious and hot. I'm a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and I found the restaurant to be clean along with the bathroom. The prices were not bad which is a plus. When we visit again we will definitely stop by and grab breakfast 🙂. I give Grandma's Diner a five star rating. K.Church“

“My boyfriend and I visited Texas Roadhouse tonight around 7pm and it was honestly so delightful! Our server, Gem, was absolutely amazing!!! She was sweet and funny, and really made the dinner experience relaxing! :) 10/10 and I would definitely recommend the chicken critters! (A slightly basic choice I'll admit but they're honestly soooo good!! Crispy, juicy, and a really nicely seasoned breading!) Loved and annoyed our visit so much, we will be returning without a doubt!“
