“My wife and I frequently travel between Hampstead and Raleigh. A few weeks ago, we stopped at this Bojangles, on October 2nd, as we heard it is much better than most Bojangles. I stopped eating at Bojangles anywhere for some time now as the food and service were consistently horrible. Seems that no one can make the biscuits like they used to be before covid. The chicken got really greasy and the fries limp. Well, this Bojangles is running on all cylinders like a well managed business. The service is great, the food is excellent and while the biscuit was much better than Hampstead's Bojangles, they still are not up to pre-covid delicious. I spoke with a delightful Sr Co-Manager by the name of Tameka Satchell and gave her great kudos on how she was running the place and the food being so much better. I had noticed earlier that Tameka immediately came to help when a line started forming inside (due to large order in front of me). The gentleman running the front looked back at the line and called for assistance. Tameka came immediately and helped restore everything back to normal fairly quickly. Hats off to Tameka and her crew for their exceptional handling of this particular Bojangles!“

“Went in to order the new Grilled cheese sausage sandwich, got the combo.
The hash rounds were on point. The sandwich was a disappointment, the ingredients were good, the bread not so much, too big for the patty. The menu board was a lie, it showed the combo with orange juice but in letters so small I had all most go behind the counter to read them that OJ was an upsale.“

“I absolutely love this location and the staff is always so friendly and amazing. The guy in drive thru named Kenny is very professional and his customer service is unbelievable. If I owned a restaurant I would offer him a job. Everyone there is always so kind. The food is always good and hot. Ms Geneva who has been there a very long time is the absolute best! 5 stars to these wonderful ppl.“
