“The owner and operator of this location, Ross Parrish, is friendly and very active in the community. When he was having this location remodeled to keep up with the high demand of customers he frequently posted on their Facebook page the progress and kept everyone informed of when it would reopen. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to be courteous and friendly. The food is always great. The Chick-fil-A ONE mobile app is useful and their rewards program is valuable for regular customers. The only problem I have with the app is that I never receive the updates about free rewards offered by the managers of the locations I frequently visit. I did receive free offers for a year and a half, but haven't received any in over a year now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still don't receive them. But the rewards program is still valuable for earning rewards for purchases you make. The ability to order in the app and use the mobile drive thru pickup means you don't have to wait as long in line at the drive through as those who don't order ahead of their visit. If you know and love Chick-fil-A food then you will not be disappointed by this location. I prefer Chick-fil-A over Popeyes Chicken, and even though they serve more people at Chick-fil-A the wait time is always less than it takes to get through Popeyes.“

“I feel like their fried chicken is getting better and better, but every time I place an order, something goes wrong. The error rate has reached 100%. At first, I thought it was my issue, but I saw in the comments section that many others are experiencing the same problem. I can’t understand this issue.“
