Subway in Washington

“So, I placed an online order for my mom‘s sub and cookies. The Subway at Cherry Run was completely out of cookies. I wasn’t offered an alternative other than other cookies. Well, my kids don’t eat chocolate so to offer me two different kinds of chocolate chip cookies wasn’t an option. I told her I could come back tomorrow to get cookies and was told she wouldn’t have them tomorrow either, SMH.

I was informed I could drive across town to Subway in Food Lion Shopping Center. I did. Guess what? They were also out of cookies! So, I asked what were my options since they had no oatmeal raisin cookies. I was then asked if I could wait for about 20 minutes, he would have time to bake some cookies, have them cooled, and provide them for me. He did just that!!

“We visited the restaurant located inside Walmart in Washington NC. There was only one person working, his name is AJ. He was very busy but stayed so kind and had great customer service throughout our visit. I over heard him talking to a friend, who was ordering some food, that he had only been working here about a week. He stayed so patient and friendly with everyone. Definitely deserves to be recognized. We need more customer service people like him.“

“Iv been to this location several times and have had good service, today it was excellent there was two young lady's working that i noticed one who told me her name was Kendra she was extremely kindhearted with well manors she also made my sub perfectly. I'd recommend this store over the others here in town any day. Great sevice,clean store and wonderful atmosphere. Thank you.“
