Been at this location multiple times and never have the cheese I like. Only like two kinds of cheese to choose from . No jalapenos either. Wasn't trying to be rude or I would have just left it. Service was okay
Update: August 2026. Have been back couple times after and have gotten better about having ingredients available

Ra was fantastic, I mainly see her when I go get some food there and she's a perfect mix of professional, friendly, and laid back all at the same time. Never messes up an order and is by far one of the quickest that I've seen do her job. Give her a raise! Fantastic job Ra.
So, I placed an online order for my mom‘s sub and cookies. The Subway at Cherry Run was completely out of cookies. I wasn’t offered an alternative other than other cookies. Well, my kids don’t eat chocolate so to offer me two different kinds of chocolate chip cookies wasn’t an option. I told her I could come back tomorrow to get cookies and was told she wouldn’t have them tomorrow either, SMH.

Subway, a popular fast-food restaurant, is known for its friendly staff, outstanding customer service, and delicious sandwiches. Customers have praised the welcoming greetings from the staff, including a "nice young man" and the "friendly and welcoming" Angie and Cassandra. The sandwiches are described as "to die for," and the cookies are "excellent." Despite the slightly higher prices, the food remains consistent and satisfying.
