Rippinton's is a lovely place to meet friends and share food and drink. They serve only beer and wine for alcohol, but there's a good selection of both. The food is outstanding, as is the staff - very accommodating. The only drawback we encountered on our last visit was unnecessarily loud "background" music. It made conversation difficult. I don't recall this being a problem on earlier visits.
Very cool old, old building where you can look out on Main Street and see the inter workings of a small town. They have a number of large salads with protein that are very good. My guests enjoyed their hamburger and Specialty sandwich today as well.

Wonderful selections to choose from. I have loved all the items I have ordered. From the scallop or fried oyster salad to the Curry chicken salad on a croissant to many of the sandwiches and dinners. Same menu for a long time but that's ok because of all the selections. Service has bern positive. All Good! Left happy every visit.
