This Arby's really does have great customer service, every-time I have been they've been welcoming and accommodating. However, today I ordered a Chicken bacon and swiss sandwich and the chicken patty is literally a centimeter thick.. pretty much no meat on this thing from a place that claims "we have the meats"i have to disagree! received double the amount of lettuce and tomato and just a sliver of chicken. Disappointed. Hurt. Hungry...
The staff were actually very nice but the fries were old and barely warm. The place looked clean but the floor was sticky. Very sticky.Also, the parking lot is tiny and a nightmare to get out of if you don't go through the drive through.
