We showed up 30 min before close and we’re worried we might get that “we are closing soon”attitude. Not even close. They brought us in and made sure we had everything we needed. ALL of the staff we met were super nice and the BBQ was even better! We had brisket, chicken and the RIBS. Nothing was left on our plates.
We love to travel and find off the path local joints and this was a bullseye. I highly recommend. Thank you Fat Buddies - from Canada.

Many changes over the last several years. The food and portions are great service.

If you're used to eating at Sonny's BBQs

This is probably the closest you're going to get in Haywood County.

Exactly what you would expect from a BBQ place in a strip mall. Not bad but not great. Ribs were decent, not better, and the smallest "rack" I've ever seen. At least they had a couple of sides that were above the typical (sweet potato tots and baked sweet potato).
