great buffet. fresh hot food
Food was tasty but the water-bath temperature was too low. Much of the food, though fresh, was at or below room temperature. We were there at 5:30 on a Thursday so it was what I would consider prime time. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and took care of our needs well.

New Happy Garden Restaurant is a Chinese and Sushi restaurant. The staff is nice and always checking in, with one staff member who makes you smile. The buffet is always fresh and kept ready. There are 6 steam tables, 4 different food stations, and a sushi bar, offering a wide variety of food. The food was fresh and delicious. However, some food looked good but was stale late in the evening. The chow mein is not chow mein, it’s chop suey, but still yummy. Food ordered fresh off the menu was phenomenal and the best Chinese food. It is a bit pricier than most other Chinese restaurants. The restaurant is large, very clean, and has good acoustics. There is no take home from the buffet.
