“I try biscuits and gravy every time I travel. This was the all-time best biscuits and sausage gravy I’ve ever had. Biscuits are wonderful, soft and delicate on the inside, and a perfect crunch on the outside. The sausage gravy was light, very flavorful, and just plain outstanding. I admit to ordering a sausage patty as well, which the cut into chunks and spread over the top. A true 10-out-of-10 experience.“

“I ordered a cake for my Daughter’s birthday that was gluten, egg and nut free and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter we so excited to finally get to eat a real birthday cake. It made the day extra special. Most of the other bakeries I spoke with couldn’t accommodate making a cake with substitutes within the timeline I was hoping but Shawn was able to help make this happen. I like how the flavors change every week because there’s always something new to try. The cookies are huge and perfect for sharing, but honestly they’re so good you might not want to. The store is always clean and the service is quick too. Definitely one of my favorite places when I’m craving something sweet.“

“Highland has been on my list to try for awhile now and I finally made it! It was totally worth it and I'll be back. The women working were super kind and helpful. I got a graham cracker latte and 2 empanadas, all delicious! I sat outside at their covered picnic table area, in the one patch of sun available, and it was glorious. I went to leave and my car wouldn't start ughhh. A friend of the baristas, Aiden, was hanging out and gave me a jump!! This is a great spot and I was lucky to be there today. Thank you!“
