“Dessert heaven. Well-Bred Bakery & Cafe is a wonderful place to relax and have a superb breakfast, snack, or lunch. There is a large selection of treats, which makes difficult to decide. There are several tables to relax and enjoy the treats. The bakery is very attractive, and clean. This is a must do, while in Weaverville.“

“I ordered a cake for my Daughter’s birthday that was gluten, egg and nut free and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter we so excited to finally get to eat a real birthday cake. It made the day extra special. Most of the other bakeries I spoke with couldn’t accommodate making a cake with substitutes within the timeline I was hoping but Shawn was able to help make this happen. We can’t wait to come back and try her other treats!“

“I wanted to stop and get a cookie there for ages, today finally made the hubby get out of the car and go in while I circle the block to pick him back up. They are the best ….got two to share…. an oatmeal raisin and a peanut butter, half dipped in thick chocolate. Scrumptious.!“

“Stopped in here for a quick bite and a latte and both were amazing! I got an oat milk vanilla latte and a spinach feta croissant. Yum! The owners are local, roast their own beans, and hand make all the food in-house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Super nice staff. Cute merch, too! Highly recommend.“

“You can’t go wrong with the AMAZING pound cakes! So far, Ive had the vanilla, almond and last, but not least, turtle! The cakes are delicious and worth every penny. Not only can you have the cake shipped to you, its FAST!! The customer service is above and beyond as well. Highly recommend.“
