“Placed an order from the online catering site for a business meeting a few miles down the road. Showed up about 45 min early, let them know my timeline, and when I needed the food to be ready. Pulled out a computer to get some work done in the meantime. The staff came over and offered to get me a coffee while I waited. When the time came to get my order, they were right on top of it, had the food ready and hot. Could not have asked for a better experience, setting a great mood for the meeting and the rest of the day.Parking: The parking lot is kind of weird to access at this Chick-Fil-A. They have a secondary entrance/exit blocked off so you have to circle the lot to get in. Blocking the entrance actually improves the flow of traffic through the drive through, but the unnecessary circling of the building both to get in and get out is a bit cumbersome.“
“This is a very good Chick-fil-A. The service is always great and the food is good. I have to say that I am somewhat dismayed at the prices of the food however. I know fast food prices are rising across the industry, but at what point do people finally say enough and stop going?“
“I really dislike all fast food restaurants. I will admit that if I had to pick the best it would be Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently well made, the service is always above average, and the atmosphere is always positive. It is just nice to see that there are a few companies left in the service industry that understand how they make their $. They treat their customers with respect and take pride in the product they serve. Kudos to the company from the top down. And I would like to say Thanks for appreciating me as a customer.“
“This location foods were just got hot out of the cooking oils. The Staff greeted you with concern about what you wanted to order and presented knowledge about the menu. Tone means everything and they were not making me feel that they were rushing me. I went thru the drive thru. I did go inside to use the restroom and they were clean as well as the dining area.Parking: Plenty of parking that includes Handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus appear to be healthy with side items.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible is on both sides of the restaurant coming from the parking lot, if I recall correctly. I drove thru the drive-thru.“
